Payment Options:
The online registration system accepts credit and debit-card payment. If you are unable to pay for your registration using those options, please contact the AZACDA treasurer (treasurer@azacda.org) in advance of the conference about checks or Purchase Orders. Full payment for the conference is due on or before the first day of the conference.
Hotel: We negotiated a conference rate of $89/night with the Courtyard Phoenix Mesa (1221 S Westwood, Mesa, AZ 85210, 480-461-3000) so call them and be sure to ask for the "azacda" rate.
